VDropify Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for subscriptions, platform services, and purchases made through stores powered by VDropify.
VDropify is operated by Vetro Tech ("VDropify," "we," "us," or "our").
By purchasing a subscription or using VDropify services, you agree to this Refund Policy.
1. Subscription Refunds
7-Day New Customer Refund Guarantee
New customers may request a refund within seven (7) calendar days of their initial subscription purchase.
To qualify:
- The refund request must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date.
- The request must relate to the customer's first subscription purchase.
- The account must be in good standing and not in violation of our Terms of Service.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
2. Subscription Renewals
Subscription renewals are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for managing and canceling subscriptions before the next billing cycle if they do not wish to continue service.
Failure to cancel before renewal does not automatically entitle a customer to a refund.
3. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel their subscription at any time.
When a subscription is canceled:
- Future billing will stop.
- Access remains available until the end of the current billing period.
- No additional charges will occur after cancellation.
Canceling a subscription does not automatically trigger a refund.
4. Non-Refundable Services
The following are generally non-refundable:
- Subscription renewals
- Custom development work
- Third-party services
- Domain registrations
- Domain renewals
- Advertising costs
- Payment processing fees where non-refundable
- Services already fully delivered
VDropify reserves the right to determine refund eligibility on a case-by-case basis.
5. Refund Abuse
Refunds may be denied if VDropify determines that:
- The request is fraudulent.
- The service has been abused.
- Multiple refund requests have been made by the same customer.
- The account violated platform policies.
- The request is intended to avoid legitimate charges.
VDropify reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in refund abuse.
6. Store Purchases Made Through VDropify Merchants
VDropify provides ecommerce infrastructure for independent merchants.
Merchants are responsible for:
- Their products
- Product quality
- Shipping
- Delivery
- Customer service
- Store-specific refund policies
Customers purchasing from a merchant's store should first contact the merchant directly regarding refunds.
7. Merchant of Record Transactions
For stores participating in VDropify Merchant of Record services, VDropify reserves the right to review and process refunds when necessary.
Refunds may be issued in situations including:
- Non-delivery of goods
- Duplicate charges
- Fraudulent transactions
- Unauthorized payments
- Significant misrepresentation of products
- Payment disputes
- Compliance requirements imposed by payment providers
VDropify may issue:
- Full refunds
- Partial refunds
- Alternative resolutions where appropriate
Refund decisions are made at VDropify's sole discretion.
8. Chargebacks
Customers are encouraged to contact the merchant or VDropify before initiating a chargeback.
If a chargeback is filed:
- VDropify may investigate the transaction.
- Merchant payouts may be delayed.
- Merchant balances may be adjusted.
- Supporting documentation may be requested.
Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account restrictions.
9. Refund Processing Times
Approved refunds are generally submitted promptly after approval.
Actual processing times depend on:
- Payment providers
- Banks
- Credit card issuers
- Financial institutions
Refund processing may take several business days to appear in the customer's account.
10. Changes to This Policy
VDropify may modify this Refund Policy from time to time.
Updated versions will be posted on the website and become effective upon publication.
Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any revised policy.
