Updates help potential donors stay engaged and informed, while also showing gratitude to those who’ve already contributed. Sharing updates not only builds trust, but it also encourages people to share your campaign again or donate more.

Here’s how you can easily post an update on IslandFundMe:

1. Go to “My Campaigns” in your GoFundMe dashboard.

2. Select the campaign you want to update.

3. Click the “Update” button located next to the “Edit” option.

4. Then click “Add Update.”

5. Enter the date, a title, and the details of your update—this could include photos, milestones, progress made, or personal messages.

6. Once finished, click “Add Update” to publish it. And you’re done!
